Our packages are all dispatched by DHL National (Germany), Austrian Post (Austria) or DHL Express (International). The delivery time is 2 to 4 working days for Germany/Austria, while the delivery time to EU countries and globally can vary.

Please see the postal charges in the following table (excl. VAT or sales tax.):

To Germany:

• For orders with a value up to EUR 100€: shipping costs EUR 6€
• For orders with a value above EUR 100€: free shipping
  

To Austria:

• For orders with a value up to EUR 100€: shipping costs EUR 9€
• For orders with a value above EUR 100€: free shipping

To EU countries (excl. Germany/Austria):

• For orders with a value up to EUR 250€: shipping costs EUR 17€
• For orders with a value above EUR 250€: free shipping
  

All other countries: 

• For orders with a value up to EUR 250€: shipping costs EUR 25€
• For orders with a value above EUR 250€: free shipping

 

Returns

 

You can return your ordered items within 30 days without reason. However, as we are constantly striving to improve our service, we would be very grateful if you could provide a reason on the return form. 

Please fill in the return form for every return. Without this form we cannot guarantee a quick handling of your case. If you cannot find the form, you can download it again here: English form / German form (Adobe Acrobat needed). The return shipment is at your expense and risk. Please ensure that the return shipment is properly stamped.

Please note the following points for a return:
(Exception: product test as part of our 30-day satisfaction guarantee)

• The article needs to be unused.
• The article needs to be in original packaging.
• The product needs to be equipped with all hang tags and labels.

In the event of a return, the full value of the goods will be credited to your bank/PayPal account or credit card upon receipt and if the three points described above are met. Your credit card will be credited within the next 10 days; it may take up to 30 days for this credit to appear on your statement.
